All BZ Cars journeys are priced upfront. The price you see when you book is the price you pay, subject only to actual waiting time, additional stops, tolls and any optional extras you choose. Get an instant live quote for your specific journey on the booking page.
Vehicle categories
Each fare is calculated as: base fare + (price per mile x miles) + (price per minute x minutes of journey time), then adjusted for the vehicle category multiplier. Airport fees, congestion charge and tolls are added where applicable. All prices include VAT where applicable.

Airport pickup & drop-off fees
Airport pickups include a meet-and-greet option (charged separately as an extra) and the waiting time shown below. After the included waiting time, additional waiting may be charged.
Optional extras
Other charges
- Central London Congestion Charge - added when the route enters the congestion zone during charging hours.
- Dart Charge, Blackwall and Silvertown Tunnel tolls - added when applicable.
- Waiting time beyond the included period - chargeable at the per-minute rate of the vehicle category.
- Cleaning charge - for soiling caused by the passenger.

Wheelchair users and passengers travelling with assistance dogs are not charged extra and we comply with the Equality Act 2010 in full.
