Where a fixed fare is available for the exact journey, it is used first. Some journeys can use an area-to-area fare. For other routes, the quote is calculated from the mapped distance and expected journey time. The selected vehicle and any applicable adjustments are then included once.

Used as the fallback for routes without a fixed or area fare, based on the mapped journey.

Airport fees vary by terminal and whether the journey is a pickup or drop-off. Where an airport record includes waiting time, it is shown below. Meet and greet is a separate optional extra where available.

- Peak or night surcharges - included only when an active time-based rule applies to the journey.

- Waiting or journey changes - extra waiting, stops or route changes requested after booking may affect the final amount.
Wheelchair accessibility requests and assistance dogs do not carry an additional booking extra charge.
